Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we do not offer international shipping. Considering the size of some products, we reserve the right to refuse shipping to any remote or rural location where shipping costs are too expensive.
Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days. Shipping times depend on location and the shipping courier used and may vary from between 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas or 4-6 business days for more remote areas.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based off a range of factors including: shipping location, weight, and dimensions. They are estimated based off policies of the shipping companies we use. The estimate provided is calculated to suit most circumstances. In the case that the nature of the order and shipping location puts us at a loss, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. You will be informed accordingly throughout this process.
We do not currently offer any pickup facilities.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be required to pay for the return shipping cost unless it was result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
